Do you have a spelling word list this week? How many words can you spell in 5 minutes? Ask somebody to read your list to you and check if you can spell them correctly.
What a great idea - you will need a family member and your favourite cuddly toy. Let's go to work!

Hello everybody, we hope you had an excellent Spring break. Did you stay active? Here's a chance to dance like nobody's looking to get you back in to the swing of things!
OK, So we gave you a bonus challenge yesterday - but it wouldn't be Friday without a Fit In 5 right?
Now though, you can relax, enjoy the holiday, recover from these stressful few weeks that you have endured.
That doesn't mean that you should stop doing exercise though, it should still form an important part of your day. Use Sworkit, think of silly games to play with your family, look back over your favourite daily challenges so far, set yourself targets. These are all things that will keep us healthy and happy in these trying times.
Oh, there is one more thing - If you look under More > FI5 Challenge, you will see that you can challenge a friend or teacher to a workout over the holidays - get involved!

You could also try setting the challenge before your opponent throws. If they score, you do it; if not, they do it!

Oh, while you are here. If somebody is going to the supermarket this week you could ask them to get some balloons, we will use them next week. Don't make a special trip though - it's not that important!
Remember those jumping jacks to your favourite song? This time it's burpees (touch your chest on the ground, get up and jump, repeat) Take as many breaks as you like.
