Fit in 5 for Primary

Below you can see an example of a "Fit in 5" video that we will soon be rolling out for our Primary students. Would you like to be the coach? If you film your workout, check it's ok with your parents and upload the video here, we will be delighted to share it with our primary superstars.
The format is simple:
5 exercises (Sworkit can give you great ideas),
40 seconds work then 20 seconds rest = a 5 minute workout.
