What is the Panthers Fitness Challenge?
No one person is "the fittest person". We all have different strengths and weaknesses.
Throughout the year in PE, you will complete 12 different challenges which measure different aspects of your personal fitness.
For each of these challenges, you will score between 1 and 25 points; we add these scores up and keep a league table of where you stand against other students in your grade level. However, what is really important is that you try your best in each of these challenges; we will also keep you updated about where your own strengths and weaknesses lie, regardless of where you are in the "league".

For most of the challenges above, no special equipment is needed and you can try them at home. You can even challenge your whole family, sometimes it's more fun to do these things with others!
