Your instructions:

Ideally, you should download an app to measure how far you run.
​Strava is a good one, you can even join the CDL community here!

If you can't do that, you will need to measure 5 Kms and run using a watch to time yourself. Of course your parents can help you with this.

Once you are done, stretch off, have a shower, then sit back and bask in the glow of being a champion!
​Once you have done that for a while, click the link below to tell us your time and send us a picture or screenshot.
Remember, we score points on how many take part so the more the merrier, no matter how long it took you!
