Duathlon / Triathlon challenge

These are what we call multisport activities.

• In a triathlon, we have to swim, then bike, then run
• In a duathlon, we have to run, then bike, then run again!

Normally these events would be done one after another so you also have to get changed quickly in between, this is called "transition" (the 4th discipline). For this event the only rule is that you should complete all three events on the same day, so you can relax and take your time in between.

Unfortunately we can't run this as a school event, you will need to do it in your own time with your parents' supervision.

You have until the 20th March to tell us your times for the distances below, we will submit them to NAE then you need to wait to see how well you have done.
You will not need to wait to find out if you are a superstar though - just taking part will have confirmed that!
