Hello Everyone! Welcome to this week's PE class.
The video will start with a warm up.
Please make sure you stop after you have watched each warm-up exercise and do the exercise for 30 seconds.
After the warm up you will be led into some ball exercises. They are not always so easy to everyone so take your time and practice. You will feel so proud once you can do them all!
