Welcome All! We are continuing with basketball this week.
You will need a ball for this workout (though if you do not have one you can just do the movements and exercices with a bunch of socks. The dribbling can be done as if you had a ball ; )
Take the time to do each exercise properly. Pause the video after each exercise, do the exercise, and then go on to the next one. If you can do the whole video 3 or 4 times, then I am sure you will feel very comfortable with dribbling!
