You don't need to use a tire as I can imagine you may not have one at home. A ball can work, or a heavy book that you wrap with some newspaper to protect it.
Let's start with balance exercises. You can use books or any other items that are a bit higher than the ground to do these little exercises.
Coordination and strength exercises. You can do these with various items. Doesn't have to be tires as I imagine that most people do not have those in their houses.
Coach Irina and her granddaughter will show you how to learn to jump rope. Each 'level' passed will bring you closer to becoming a master jump roper! You can do it! Just keep practicing till you pass each level.
