Follow these instructions to receive your free subscription to Sworkit. Please keep this code within the CDL community, it can only be used a limited number of times.

Step 2: Select “Sign in with email” — input email, name and create your account password

Step 3: Your code will automatically be applied. Your Sworkit membership is valid for one year. 

You will now be logged in at https://app.sworkit.com and able to access Sworkit’s premium content on all your devices.
Sworkit should be used with adult supervision.

Download it to one or all of your devices and complete a 7 minute workout.
