Here she is with a warm up and exercise routine for you all!
Oh, while you are here. If somebody is going to the supermarket this week you could ask them to get some balloons, we will use them next week. Don't make a special trip though - it's not that important!
Remember those jumping jacks to your favourite song? This time it's burpees (touch your chest on the ground, get up and jump, repeat) Take as many breaks as you like.

OK guys, get ready for your first "Fit in 5" workout!
There will be more of these to come, they are a great way to get a daily fix of exercise in only 5 minutes.
If you have more time to spare, do it twice, you can even ignore coach Jamie and make up your own exercises the second tome you watch it!

Today's challenge is to complete 30 push ups.
You can do them all at once or take as many recovery breaks as you like.

Hold the squat position (knees at 90 degrees) facing a friend.
Have a staring contest, the first to blink, smile or come out of the squat loses.
On your own? A mirror will do just fine!
The winner picks an exercise for you both to complete. Repeat 3 times.
How many jumping jacks can you do in the time it takes to play your favourite song?
Take as many breaks as you like.

1) Wear comfortable clothes
2) Find some space
3) Play your favourite music and dance till the end of it
4) Repeat that with different songs 5 times
Can you keep up with Captain P?
Grade 1 - 3: Lie on your belly then get up and jump instead of squatting.
Grade 4 - 5: Try squatting or lying down and jumping - your choice!
