Create your own workout! 
  • Create your own workout (have a look at the example below)
  • Instructions: 5 exercises (or more) of 40 seconds with 20 seconds break in between.
  • You can listen to coach Jamie, you can follow him the first time you do this workout.
  • But just like you do in class - ignore him and do your own thing on your second attempt ;)

Optional: Help our community.
Our primary superstar students need superstar coaches to match!
If you would like to share your workout with them, film yourself doing a "FIT IN 5" workout like the example then click here to upload it.

This is a big challenge since some of us can not go outside.
Use a free app or your device to check. On an iPhone you'll find how many steps you have done in the "Health" app.

Sit in the squat position (knees at 90 degrees) facing a friend, sibling or parent.
Have a staring contest, the first to blink, smile or come out of the squat loses.
