An abs workout with just a chair!
How many steps can you do in a day? Let's set a minimum of 6000. Can you do more? This is a big challenge since some of us can not go outside. Use a free app or your device to check. On an iPhone you'll find how many steps you have done in the "Health" app. If you are looking for inspiration for this one, check out the video below! HIT THE TARGETS! What do we need? - Balls (Tennis or paper balls...) - Targets (bottles, pens, cans, toys...) Play with your family or by yourself.
If you don't have a dice, there are plenty of free apps. Coins make good "counters" to put on the board. Print it out and enjoy! FOLLOW THE VIDEO STEPS FOR THE HANDSTAND CHALLENGE! Sit in the squat position (knees at 90 degrees) facing a friend, sibling or parent. Have a staring contest, the first to blink, smile or come out of the squat loses.
