Hello everybody, let's get started with a bang - can you keep up with Coach Guillermo?
OK, So we gave you a bonus challenge yesterday - but it was fun right? Nothing says Easter like doing burpees to Dire Straits!
Now though, you can relax, enjoy the holiday, recover from these stressful few weeks that you have endured.
That doesn't mean that you should stop doing exercise though, it should still form an important part of your day. Use Sworkit, keep practicing your juggling, think of silly games to play with your family, look back over your favourite daily challenges so far, set yourself targets. These are all things that will keep us healthy and happy in these trying times.
Oh, there is one more thing - If you look under More > FI5 Challenge, you will see that you can challenge a friend or teacher to a workout over the holidays - get involved!
How many burpees can you do in the time it takes to play your favourite song?
Play your favourite song, start doing burpees and count how many you can do. Take as many breaks as you want. A burpee is when you touch your chest on the ground, get up and jump, then repeat.
Don't have a favourite song? Here's a classic for you ...
Alone or with a partner all you need is a broomstick.
For extra points, why not sweep the floor when you're finished - your parents will be delighted!
