Now though, you can relax, enjoy the holiday, recover from these stressful few weeks that you have endured.
That doesn't mean that you should stop doing exercise though, it should still form an important part of your day. Use Sworkit, keep practicing your juggling, think of silly games to play with your family, look back over your favourite daily challenges so far, set yourself targets. These are all things that will keep us healthy and happy in these trying times.
