This exercise can be done in anywhere. You just need a start and a finish area, a voice and good hands to clap! Tell your child (or children) to stand at one point. When you clap they run. When you clap again they have to look at where you point to find out which way they have to go. Not easy but so much fun!

Listening to instructions, counting, coordination... so much to learn in just a couple of minutes7/4/2020 All ages can enjoy this. Designate four areas or just one if you don't want to move from spot to spot. Draw the four exercises on a paper and show them how to do each exercise Explain to the child that you will be doing each exercise until they hear you whistle, tell them or if they can count until they count till ten (you can up that if they are older and can count further) Then move to the next exercise You can join them too and become just as fit as your little ones! But most importantly Coach Irina teaches these skills with this fun activity! Try it out. There are so many variations but here are some to get you going. Jump from one to the next number. Jump on odd numbers, jump on even numbers. Make numbers fun! Jump and double! (undercover adding and multiplication ; )) Throw and then jump to find the right number, making learning numbers fun! Go to the next level and learn to count. Children should have a sheet with additions and subtractions and go figure out the answers but jumping to them. Coach Alex did it verbally but her kids enjoyed filling in their sheets just as much! The challenge is on! Coach Irina has found a great exercise to put the kids concentration and coordination to work. Be creative if you don't have paint, marbles, etc. You can use anything that is round and don't need to paint BUT painting (although it requires cleaning after) keeps kids busy and happy for a long time! Ask the child to do each step calmly and completely: 1. Find something round that you can paint (or not paint if not possible): 2. Paint the object or skip this moment if you don't have something round to paint: 3. Roll the round item over a table towards the child and let the child try and catch it with an upside down cup: 4. Roll the round item a little faster: 5. Put the round item on a spoon and follow Coach Irina's exercises: Balance, Coordination and Strength (mental) are important to develop. Try these exercises!31/3/2020 You don't need to use a tire as I can imagine you may not have one at home. A ball can work, or a heavy book that you wrap with some newspaper to protect it. Let's start with balance exercises. You can use books or any other items that are a bit higher than the ground to do these little exercises. Exercise 1: Exercise 2: Coordination and strength exercises. You can do these with various items. Doesn't have to be tires as I imagine that most people do not have those in their houses. Exercise 1: Exercise 2: Coach Irina and her granddaughter will show you how to learn to jump rope. Each 'level' passed will bring you closer to becoming a master jump roper! You can do it! Just keep practicing till you pass each level. Step 1: Step 2: Step 3: Step 4: You can do it! Join Coach Irina for 6 minutes of movement and fun! Coach Irina with some fun exercises to keep everyone happy! Trading places can also be extremely satisfying. Take on the challenge! |
