There is a super cool event this weekend - let's see how many Kms CDL can run to add to the goal of one million being run across Switzerland! Click on the logo to sign up and join the CDL team. You have all weekend to do this.
You will find all of the info you need on their website. It looks like the best way to track your kms is to use the Datasport app, the links are below.
If you run in France you may need to manually upload how many kms you ran as it is all supposed to be done in Switzerland.
Remember to sign up for our Strava club then get out for a run, bike or swim today.
Once that's done, be sure to send kudos to at least 5 other club members.

Now that we can all get out a bit more, it's time to talk about Strava.
Strava is a brilliant platform that has loads to offer and no ads on its free version.
It is a great way to track what exercise you are doing, see how you are improving and get inspired by others. You can use a smart watch or just your phone. Take it out for a walk, run, cycle or even a swim today.
I have created a club for the CDL community where we can all catch up and encourage each other. This not a place to show off, all exercise will be equally celebrated here!

Last weekend, I ran the "Wings for life" race. It was brilliant fun and a totally new experience for me.
It gave me the idea to recreate it for this blog, this app is the closest I could find - it looks like fun!
If you can get outside, give it a try and let us know in the comments what you thought of it. If you can't get out, there are workouts for inside on there too!
A popular challenge across the lockdown world has been to succeed in doing 100 skips without any mistakes. If you've got a rope - give it a go. If not, practice by pretending you have a rope and get one next time you are doing the weekly shop.
Soon, you will be just like these guys!
